Delivery Information

Condom.net.au cooperate is in partnership with Epharmacy who is responsible for the delivery of the condoms or other personal products. The delivery information that is sepcific to your order can be found at epharmacy.com.au and it is important to you as a customer.

It is important that you are familiar with the shipping and delivery regulations before you finalise your order. International shipping is available. ePharmacy uses Australia Post for all deliveries.

- All parcels require a signature on receipt.

- If no one is home during business hours then provide a work address. The parcel cannot be left unattended due to safety issues.

- If no one is home to sign, then a card will be left explaining where to collect your parcel from- usually the nearest Australia Post office.

- For privacy and security all parcels are plain and unmarked.

- Shipping will take place when payment and prescriptions have been processed.

Postage & Handling – International orders

International shipping is available to those customers who reside outside Australia. There are currently 3 postage options available to most countries. Customers in Germany and Netherlands are unable to place orders due to local customs rejecting past orders.

Express Courier International:
Full express door-to-door service, with online tracking. Delivery times vary between 2 – 5 working days to most countries*

Express Post International:
Express Post International offers priority handling, basic tracking where available, and a signature on delivery. Delivery times vary between 3 – 6 business days to most countries*

Airmail:
Reliable service to over 200 countries where Express Courier International may not be available. Parcels can take 4 – 10 business days to deliver*

If the order is received prior to 10am (EST) and goods are in stock then ePharmacy will dispatch on the same day. All other orders will be despatched the following business day. For those ordering prescription medications, prescriptions will be dispensed and despatched on the same day the actual prescription arrives.
