Condom.net.au cooperate with Pharmacyonline.com.au for delivery of the condoms and it is the delivery information from Pharmacyonline.com.au that will be important for you as a customer.

PharmacyOnline.com.au offers customers the choice of Australia Post eParcel or a Courier Service for delivery within Australia. International orders are sent via Airmail with DHL Global Mail.

Parcels are sent in plain and unmarked packaging to assure security and privacy. Orders are dispatched promptly once payment has been processed and prescriptions (if applicable) are received. Please note that if you are paying through BPAY these payments take 1-2 weekdays to reach us from your bank.

It is our objective to dispatch your order within the same working day of order receipt provided we receive your order by 11am and all products ordered are in stock. Orders containing prescription medicine will be dispatched as soon as the original prescription is received in the mail.

Australian Orders

PharmacyOnline.com.au have partnered with Australia Post eParcel (the corporate division of Australia Post) as well as Couriers Please (Australia's No. 1 rated small parcel delivery service) to provide you prompt and secure shipping across Australia.

Customers will have the opportunity to select either Couriers Please or Australia Post for delivery:

• Couriers Please offer door-to-door delivery to your desired location without the need to go to the Post Office if you are not at your address to receive your delivery. If you are not at your delivery address when delivery is attempted, Couriers Please will leave a calling card (see below) in your mail box for you to contact them to arrange re-delivery.
• Couriers Please will hold your parcel for 48 hours after the calling card has been left, and if you do not contact them within this period your parcel will be returned to PharmacyOnline.com.au. Re-delivery will be at the customer's expense.

• Australia Post eParcel is a registered service which will require a signature upon delivery. Please provide an address where someone will be available during business hours to receive and sign for the parcel, otherwise collection from your local post office will be necessary. Australia Post eParcel can deliver to any location in Australia, including PO Boxes.

International Orders

International orders are sent via Airmail with DHL Global Mail. Please allow 2-3 weeks for international Airmail delivery.

Postage and Handling Charges

Orders within Australia which include a perfume will be eligible for FREE delivery.

We reserve the right to charge higher postage for extremely heavy parcels delivered within Australia. These extra costs will never be higher than cost.
